【新唐人2012年10月19日訊】僅今年以來，山東省常務副省長王仁元、成都軍區副司令員阮志柏，中國中材集團有限公司董事長譚仲明，宋慶齡基金會副主席叱利群，深圳市紀委書記周林祥等中共官員在任內死亡，最年輕的不足50歲。養尊處優的中共高官成了高危職業，人們很有興致探究原因，下面請看報導。
中共喉舌《人民網》10號刊登文章，題為《幹部人事解讀：多位高官任內逝世引發關注》。《人民網》輿情監測室主任分析師單學剛，列出了一個長達36名官員的死亡名單，聲稱這是據不完全統計。而這些自2008年以來在任期內死亡的黨、政、軍、企領導幹部，多是50多歲，最年輕的才49歲。
這篇要求關注的文章也引發了民眾的興趣。
在美的中國社會民主黨中央委員會主持人劉因全指出，中國大陸官場的醉生夢死，勾心鬥角，與「清心寡慾能長壽」的規律完全相反。
劉因全：「他們的精神壓力都很大，因為他們考慮自己的陞遷、考慮不要站錯隊，考慮怎麼能夠保住自己和自己老婆、孩子的各種特權，他們花的心思太多。 如果人把心思都放到這上面，欲望極端的膨脹的話，對他的身體非常不利的，是他健康最大的一個忌諱。」
而民眾也對部份官員的突然死亡，提出了疑問。
有民眾問，為甚麼在山東省常務副省長王仁元死亡兩天後，作為中共喉舌的《人民網》，以王仁元「不再擔任副省長職務」的消息，暗示他仍有其它執務在身？雖然後來官方提出王仁元是因病死亡，但是，既沒有說明患甚麼病，也沒有提到患病時間。有民眾認為，剛剛60歲的王仁元可能是死於事關政治的「非正常死亡」。
更引人注目的是成都軍區副司令員阮志柏。62歲的阮志柏，5月17號在京突然病逝，官媒和新聞要目，都沒有報導。但從阮志柏在去世不久前露面的公開照片來看，身體健壯。民眾猜疑：阮志柏是不是因「清查薄黨軍中人物」而造成的「非正常死亡」？
權利運動組織負責人胡軍表示，中共官員不僅生活腐化造成短命，被「休假式治療」的「打黑英雄」王立軍為活命求助美領館，證明現代中國的官場，在「文革」後依然是相互殘殺的體制。
胡軍：「還有就是相互傾軋，就是被秘密殺害或者被陷害﹔爭權奪利之中過度緊張，或者是自殺或者『被自殺』。這種情況經常發生，因為每一次的權力更迭就是牽扯利益的再分配，重新相互之間的掠奪。」
對於高官在任內死亡，大陸網民幾乎一面倒的不抱同情，反而是冷嘲熱諷。
撰寫《晚年周恩來》一書的作者高文謙對《美國之音》表示，毛時代的政治儘管黑暗，但官員畏於毛的威力，而收斂行為﹔鄧時代，中國在鎮壓六四後意識形態破產，很多官員除了金錢不再信仰任何主義﹔到了江澤民、胡錦濤時代，「官員」這個行業已民心喪盡，威信蕩然無存。
劉因全也指出，在大部份老百姓的眼裡，中共官員是無官不貪、無惡不作。所以，人們對他們非常敵視，他們死亡後大家也都幸災樂禍。
劉因全：「官職不代表幸福、金錢不代表幸福、多少女人不代表幸福，幸福必須建立在心底無私、心底無慾這樣的基礎上。這樣他的心情好、身體也會好，也會長壽。如果在爛泥潭裡掙扎，不定甚麼時候陷進去，太不值得。」
劉因全忠告所有中共官員﹕趕快放棄中共這條賊船，才是上策。

Deaths of High- Level CCP Officials at Posts Draw Public Interest in China
In 2012, many Chinese Communist Party (CCP) high-level
officials died at their posts.
The list includes the executive deputy governor of Shandong
Province Wang Renyuan, deputy commander of Chengdu Military Region Ruan Zhibo,
Board Chairman of China National Materials Group Corporation
Tan Zhongming, vice president of the Song Qingling Foundation
Chi Liqun and Secretary of the Shenzhen Discipline Inspection
Commission Zhou Linxiang.
The youngest of those officials is under 60.
These facts raise the question of why CCP officials who live
such comfortable lives have become a high risk group, the question has drawn public interest.
On October 10th, the CCP’s mouthpiece media People’s Daily
published an article on its website titled
“Messages from cadres’ personal matters: Deaths of
high-level officials at posts draw public attention”.
In the article, Shan Xuegang, head of the website’s media
monitoring department, presents a long but incomplete list of 36 officials who have died in office since 2008.
All those officials are leaders of party, governmental,
military agencies or state-owned companies.
Most of them died under 60, with the youngest at only 49.
The article has consequently drawn a great deal of
interest in China.
Liu Yinquan, the host of the US-based Central Committee
of the Chinese Social Democratic Party, made remarks on the phenomenon.
He pointed out that, CCP officials live decadent and
dissolute lives and meanwhile devote themselves to the cruel power struggle within the party;
such life styles are completely opposite to the principle of
“fewer worries and desires leading to longevity”.
(Liu Yinquan): ”They (CCP officials) live under tremendous
mental pressure because there are so many issues and things for them to worry about.
They try to get promoted, they have to survive within the
political struggle, and they want to protect the privileges that their families enjoy.
They are just worrying too much. If anyone has so many
desires it will be very bad for their health.“
At the same time, some Chinese citizens have questioned
the real reason behind some officials’ deaths.
For example, the People’s Daily’s website reported that
“Wang Renyuan was due to step down from the position of deputy governor” two days after his death.
Some questioned why the mouthpiece tried to mislead
the readers that “Wang still worked at other posts” with such a report?
Although it was officially announced later that “Wang died
of illness”, no details were provided about what illness Wang died of or how long he had been ill.
Therefore, some believe that 60-year-old Wang Renyuan’s
death was an unnatural one with “political elements” involved.
The death of deputy commander of Chengdu Military Region
Ruan Zhibo, has attracted even more attention.
62-year-old Ruan suddenly passed away on May 17th in Beijing.
His death was not reported by any official media.
However, from the published photos of Ruan,
he seemed to still be very healthy shortly before his death.
Some hence suspected that Ruan’s death might be an
unnatural one within the sweeping campaign against Bo Xilai’s supporters in the military.
Founder of the “Rights Movement” Hu Jun remarked that,
the premature deaths of CCP officials do not only result
from their dissolute life style.
To save his life, Wang Lijun had to defect to the U.S. consulate.
This tells us that nowadays the CCP’s regime still compels
its officials to fight each other as happened on a large scale in the Cultural Revolution.
(Hu Jun): ”Within mutual collisions,
anyone can be secretly killed or ensnared.
The suicide or “fake suicide” of CCP officials frequently
takes place in a power struggle.
Whenever a new round of power transition takes place,
there will be collisions involving conflicts arising due to benefit redistribution.”
About officials’ deaths at their posts, most Chinese netizens
have made ironic comments rather than expressing their sympathies.

Gao Wen told VOA that,
in Mao’s era, most officials restricted their actions out of
dread of possible consequences;
During Deng Xiaoping’s era, the June Fourth Incident drove
most officials to believe in nothing but money and benefits;
In Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao’s era, CCP officials have finally
lost all their credibility among the Chinese people.
Liu Yinquan remarked that, most Chinese citizens now believe
that all CCP officials are corrupt and evil with no exceptions.
Therefore, such hostility makes them feel delighted
when they hear of any CCP officials dying.
(Liu Yinquan): ”Happiness cannot be measured by position,
property or how many mistresses a person has.
Happiness has to be based on an unselfish spirit with
little desire, which leads to pleasure, health and longevity.
For one‘s long-term benefit, it’s not good to stay in the filth
which can devour you with desires and intrigues at any time.”
Liu Yinquan advised all CCP officials that, the best choice for
their lives was to abandon the CCP’s regime as soon as possible.
