【新唐人2012年10月11日訊】一場傳統喜慶的婚禮，卻引來非法的抓捕和判刑，使得四個家庭支離破碎。爲了替無罪的親人申冤，被害人家屬聯合尋求民間的協助，目前已經有近700位民衆簽名按手印表示支持。接下來，讓我們走近黑龍江哈爾濱市阿城區居民程寳英家中的那場婚禮，去了解他們親身經歷的這個故事：
一個簽名上，按著一個鮮紅的手印，一排又一排，密密麻麻近700個。這些簽名都是響應哈爾濱四個家庭的求援，回應他們共同發起的這封「正義良知的呼喚」公開信。
信上問「尊敬的父老鄉親們：你們是否聽説因主持婚禮被公安系統迫害入獄的荒唐、可笑之事？而今，哈市阿城區的張寳盛、趙玉安、王金玉、程寳英就是因此而遭到無端迫害的。」
一切都要回到那個熱鬧喜慶的日子——2011年5月22號，黑龍江省哈爾濱市阿城區居民程寳英的家中迎來了喜事，程寳英的兒子迎娶新娘，200多位親友前來祝福。婚禮有仙女舞，腰鼓隊的表演，也有唱歌，錄像放映，賓主盡歡而散。
然而，這場祥和、喜慶的婚禮後，新郎的母親程寳英，婚慶公司老闆趙玉安，婚禮主持人張寳勝，為婚禮運送音響設備的出租車司機王金玉，卻都被構陷進了監獄。
2011年9月20號，阿城區公安局的人員將他們帶走，理由是「法輪功的人主持婚禮就犯法」。四人隨即被行政拘留15天。15天後，在沒有新的事實和證據的情況下，公安違反「一事不能兩罰」的司法常識和原則，又將四人轉成「刑事拘留」。
趙玉安辯護律師郭蓮輝：「為甚麼會這樣呢？因為他（她）們都是法輪功修煉者，都是『真、善、忍』的信仰者。這是無神論者操控法律對有神論者的審判。這是『信仰自由』的真相。」
程寳英、趙玉安、張寳勝和王金玉被起訴。今年3月27號，案件在阿城區法院開庭審理時，北京的董前勇、謝燕益、王全章、張傳利律師，以及江西的郭蓮輝律師，在法庭做了長達8個小時的無罪辯護，並當庭播放被控方作爲證據的婚禮錄像光碟。
王金玉辯護人王全章律師：「他們只不過是搞了一個婚禮，是按照傳統文化的標準、按照生活的本性去做的這種東西，他們並沒有宣傳法律上禁止的東西。但法院仍然是把這個事情當作一個犯罪來裁判，其實根本上是因爲這些人的身份。因爲他們的身份，對他們實施的抓捕和審判，這應該是不符合現行法律的一個規定的。」
雖然幾位律師力辯四名法輪功學員無罪，但今年5月11號下午，在律師們來不及趕到法院的情況下，當局宣佈了事先擬定的刑期：趙玉安被非法判處7年、張寳勝5年、王金玉5年、程寶英4年。
失去親人、上告無門的煎熬，促使這四個家庭聯合起來呼籲鄉親們伸出援手，簽名營救親人獲得本應該有的自由。
大陸人士朱先生：「不是按手印嗎？我們都支持。法輪功是我們中華民族傳統文化的繼承者，弘揚中華民族的文化，我肯定支持的。」
參加婚禮的親戚、朋友、熟知這些法輪功學員爲人的同事、鄰居……簽一個名，按上自己的手印，一排又一排，密密麻麻。從今年7月20號至今，已經有近700人響應了這四個家庭的呼籲。
律師郭蓮輝：「説明這個對法輪功的這種殘酷打壓是不得人心的，不能再繼續下去了。而且處處違背法律，是法輪功的案子都不依法辦事，中國的法制大倒退就是從鎮壓法輪功開始的。」
這樁被郭蓮輝律師稱作「荒謬的故事」的案件，雖然在中國法律史上留下了荒謬的痕跡，但代表著民意的簽名還在不斷的增加，同樣也在中國人不畏強權，追求正義的歷史上留下了不可磨滅的手印。

700 Fingerprints Against Wedding Arrest
A traditional and festive Chinese wedding led to
illegal arrests and sentences, is tearing apart four families.
In order to redress the grievances of the innocent relatives,
these families are seeking assistance from the public.
Nearly 700 people signed a letter
expressing their support.
What was the experience of Cheng Baoying,
from Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, after that wedding?
with one fingerprint upon each signature, row after row.
These signatures are all in response to an open letter
“Calling for Justice and Conscience” from four families in Harbin City.
The letter questioned: “Have you heard of the ridiculous
thing that one is persecuted by the public security for hosting a wedding?
Now, Zhang Baosheng, Zhao Yuan, Wang Jinyu
and Cheng Baoying from Acheng district, Harbin City are persecuted for no reason.”
On May 22, 2011, Cheng Baoying』s son was going to marry.
Over 200 relatives and friends attended the wedding.
At the wedding, there were fairy dances, drum performances,
singing and video screenings, everyone enjoyed the wedding.
However, after the wedding, the groom』s mother, the wedding
company manager, the wedding host, and the driver transporting the audio equipment were all arrested.
On September 20, 2011, police from Acheng Public Security
Bureau took them away.
The “law” that they broke, was,
“Falun Gong practitioner hosting a wedding.”
The four were held in administrative detention for 15 days.
After that, the police violated the judicial principle,
“one issue cannot be punished twice.”
Without any facts or evidence,
the four were sentenced to “criminal detention.”
Guo Lianhui, lawyer of Zhao Yuan: “Why it is like this?
Because they are all Falun Gong practitioners and
believe in Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance.
This is a judgment from the atheist』s manipulation of the law
to the theist. This is the truth of “freedom of belief.”
The four were consequently sued.
On March 27, 2012, in the hearing of this case,
defense lawyers had an eight-hour non-guilty defense.
They played the wedding video in court,
which was used as evidence against the prosecution.
Wang Quanzhang , lawyer of Wang Jinyu: “They just
organized a wedding according to traditional culture.
In any way, they do this according to the nature of life,
they did not publicize anything against the law.
But the court still regards this as a criminal issue,
basically it is because of these people』s identity (Falun Gong practitioners).
It violates the current law to arrest and sentence
people because of their identity.”
The lawyers worked hard on the defense for the four
Falun Gong practitioners.
Despite this, on the afternoon of May 11, 2012,
before the lawyers arrived in court, authorities announced their drawn-up sentence.
Zhao Yuan was illegally sentenced to 7 years in prison,
Zhang Baosheng to 5 years, Wang Jinyu to 5 years and Cheng Baoying to 4 years.
The loss of the loved ones and the torment of appealing
to now making these four families jointly call for the support of the public.
In sighing the letter, the families hope that the public』s help
will rescue their loved ones.
Mainland China, commentator Mr. Zhu: “Fingerprints?
We all support.
Falun Gong is the successor of the Chinese traditional culture.
To promote the culture of the Chinese nation, I for sure support.”
Relatives, friends who attended the wedding, colleagues,
neighbors who knew these Falun Gong practitioners, one by one they signed with a fingerprint, row after row.
From July 20 until now, nearly 700 people have signed
and supported these four families.
Lawyer Guo Lianhui: “This means this brutal suppression
of Falun Gong cannot continue.
The cases of Falun Gong are not in accordance with the law
anywhere, no Falun Gong cases are in accordance with the law.
The big retrogression of the legal system started from
the persecution of Falun Gong.”
This case was named “Ridiculous Story”
by lawyer Guo Lianhui.
It has left a ridiculous mark in China』s legal system history.
The public signatures expressing their opinion is increasing.
This will leave also leave a mark in the history
of Chinese people』s defying of the power and the pursuit of justice.
