Exposing Promiscuity of Bo Xilai and Senior CCP Officials
Communist authorities announced, former Politburo member
Bo Xilai had been involved in “six sins", out of which,
“continuing improper sexual relations with numerous women”
was of particular concern.
Sources alleged: Bo’s exposure has caused many female TV
anchors and actresses to panic, attracting foreign media.
“The 6 sex scandals of Beijing’s high-level" published by
a U.S. magazine said, Mao Zedong was the most extravagant.
Our journalists unravel the scandals further.
Overseas Chinese media quoted insiders saying that,
Bo’s erotic corruption files in which even the names of
the alleged mistresses were recorded,
were placed in front of participants in the Politburo
meeting on September 28.
Bo is said to have had improper sexual relations with many
female television anchors, and film and television actresses.
The report quoted observers’ analysis that,
CCTV and local TV stations had long been reduced
to becoming the CCP senior officials’ “harem" and “erotic places".
Xu Xin, Beijing’s legal scholar, says the announcement of
Bo’s obscene history has caused big panic among mainland female television celebrities.
Many women suspected of having an affair with Bo expressed
in a variety of ways, that they’d “never been to Chongqing”
or “had not sought a relationship” and begged to talk with
the relevant department to cross out their names from the list.
On September 28, American Foreign Policy (FP) published
reports that sex scandals of Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
officials can be traced back to its founder, Mao Zedong, who
publicly advocated sex as “just like drinking a glass of water”.
The reports summarized China’s six biggest figurers
involved in sex scandals including: —
Chen Liangyu, former Shanghai party secretary—granted by
netizens as winner of the “Guinness book of world mistresses"
—and Lin Longfei, former party secretary of Fujian Province,
Zhouning County—granted with the “Most Creative" award;
Zhang Xiaochuan, the former Vice Minister of Chongqing’s
publicity department—nicknamed “the most obscene”
and “the coolest broadcasting and TV Bureau principal";
Wen Qiang from the Chongqing Bureau of Justice and his
sister-in-law, Xie Caipin—called the “biggest female mafia boss in Chongqing;
Liu Zhijun, former Minister of Railway department, with his
18 mistresses; and Mao Zedong, the former CCP chairman.
Among them, Mao Zedong is considered the most evil—
reports say, no one can match Mao in the field of mistresses,
because he ruined hundreds, or even thousands of women.
[Gong Shengli, Independent Chinese Problem Expert]:
“These kinds of scandals have not been solved in 63 years.
In fact, during the Mao era, we all know the CCP’s Central
Committee held a dance every day—the art troupes are kind of “pioneering" in that area.
As for Bo Xilai’s issue, it’s been said that he was having
improper relationships with a number of women;
in fact, among senior CCP officials, that’s common.”
Gong Shengli thinks sex scandals immerge from
the CCP’s top level frequently; the root of the problem lies in its system.
[Gong Shengli]: “The system has its vulnerabilities!
In such a system with one highest authority, people cannot
participate in the power, have no right to raise their hands,
and have no right to say “yes" or “no".
In such an environment, the ruling class is high up in the sky
while the people are submissive, down near the ground.
The constitution does not work and cannot be executed,
so it’s very obvious for such things to happen frequently."
On September 30, Prof. He Weifang of Beijing University’s
Law School said on Weibo that,
if the women who were involved with Bo had been
doing so voluntarily or were receiving improper benefits, the public have the right to know.
Professor He says the authorities should reveal the names of
those mistresses to avoid bringing harm to the innocent.
[Tang Jitian, Beijing lawyer]:
“Bo’s done these obscene things as an official;
it’s necessary to openly disclose it to the public
to a certain degree, but it involves a problem in defining public rights and private rights.
In the end, how much should we protect privacy, and should
official acts also be defended with the right to privacy?
If someone’s suspected of violating the law or of participating
in a crime, to cover it up with ‘privacy rights’—it’s a problem.
If it’s their personal things, then if it is to be exposed openly,
this does relate to the relevant female’s privacy rights.”
After authorities openly announced Bo’s indecent scandals,
netizens joked:
“If you have a normal relationship with the CCP, having
relationships with lots women is normal,
but if your relationship with the CCP turns bad,
having relationships with lots of women becomes immoral.”
