【新唐人2012年9月15日訊】美國國會眾議院最近在華盛頓召開聽證會，討論 「中共摘取宗教和政治異見人士器官」的問題。與會學者表示，在中國，器官移植的來源，除了死刑犯，還存在龐大的活體器官庫，許多監獄犯人和法輪功學員被活摘器官。
9月12號下午，美國國會舉辦了「中共對宗教信仰者和持不同政見者活摘器官」（Organ Harvesting of Religious and Political Dissidents by the Chinese Communist Party ）聽證會，出席作證者包括三名醫生和一名前資深調查記者。
前資深調查記者、「捍衛民主基金會」的研究員古特曼（Ethan Gutman）作證時表示，由於器官移植需求巨大、利潤巨大，除了死刑犯外，法輪功學員、甚至地下教會、維吾爾和西藏等異見人士，都成為摘取器官的來源。
古特曼說，他從2006年開始，對中國的醫療人員和執法人員，以及50多位曾被關押在中國勞教所的犯人，進行了廣泛和大量的採訪。根據他的調查和研究發現，中國的「器官活摘」，出現在90年代後期的新疆，2001年這種行為擴大到全中國。
古特曼說，他無法提供中國家庭教會、維吾爾族人和藏民的死亡人數，但他估計在2000年至2008年期間，有6萬5千名法輪功學員因被摘除器官而死亡。
位於華盛頓的「反對強摘器官醫生組織」發言人達蒙•諾託指出，從2000年開始，中國的器官移植數量暴漲，「中國器官移植中心」的數目也從1999年的150家，上升到了2007年初的600多家，而且中國的器官移植手術大多提前訂好日期，可供移植的器官數量龐大，這些僅靠死刑犯的器官無法做到。
達蒙表示：「他們唯一能做到這點的辦法，就是他們有另外一個按需可取的活體器官庫。這就是為甚麼，在一些情況下，器官移植手術本身變成了處決的方式。」
瀋陽趙女士：「最恐怖的一點，它是政府行為，因為如果是某一個的行為，我可以找法律保護我、我可以找政府為我做主，我去尋求保護制止這種行為，可是它是政府行為的發生，你往哪兒去躲，那一個人還是安全的呢？」
來自瀋陽的趙女士認為，活摘器官超出了國界，它是對全人類的罪惡，每一個國家和政府都不應該沉默，都應該譴責和制止，每一個人也應該站出來有所表示和行為。
主持聽證會的丹納•羅拉巴克（Dana Rohrabacher）議員表示：「活摘器官是「魔鬼的行徑」，盜取那些因為信仰或政見不同而被監禁的人的器官，是嚴重的「反人類」罪行，必須盡最大努力把參與這種罪惡的每個人都繩之以法。羅拉巴克議員還強調，西方主流媒體沒有對如此嚴重的事情做出報導，這是新聞界的恥辱。」
原「山東大學」教授孫文廣認為，中共政府應該嚴肅的對待這個問題，並馬上做出回答，迴避是絕對錯誤的。
原「山東大學」教授孫文廣：「中國政府應該做出一個答案，到底是有還是沒有。真是有這件事情的話，那麼中國政府隱瞞這個事實，或者是一些官員參加這個事實，是一種犯罪的行為。活摘器官這種情況如果真實發生的話，那麼中國政府和有關的當事人應該承擔這個責任的。」
9月13號，美國國會參議院民主黨參議員芭芭拉•鮑克瑟，與共和黨參議員約翰．科寧聯合提出一項議案，要求中共當局立即釋放由於為維權人士和法輪功學員辯護，受到當局迫害的人權律師高智晟，並在高智晟自願的情況下，允許他前來美國與妻子和孩子團聚。
大陸社會活動家、維權人士胡佳：「從六四結束之後，法輪功的這件事情和暴力計劃生育的事情，應該說是中國人權侵害的最嚴重的兩件事情，這裡邊都涉及到了比如說對於人身權利的侵害，生育權利的侵害，甚至剝奪。」
大陸社會活動家胡佳還指出，高智晟在法輪功被妖魔化的情況下，還敢為法輪功發公開信、為法輪功辯護，是智勇的表現。高智晟律師是無罪的，國際社會應該持續關注他的安危。

The U.S. Congress held hearings, focusing on Chinese
Communist Party (CCP) Organ Harvesting
Recently, the U.S. House of Representatives held
a hearing in Washington
to discuss the problem of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
“removing religious and political dissidents’ organs".
The scholars said that the sources of organ transplants in
China, besides those facing the death penalty,
is a huge bank of live organs, many prisoners and
Falun Gong practitioners’ organs were removed for money.
In the afternoon of September 12th, the U.S. Congress held a
hearing called Organ Harvesting of Religious and Political
Dissidents by the Chinese Communist Party. Three doctors
and a former senior investigative reporter testified.
Former senior investigative reporter, “defend democracy
Foundation Fellow Ethan Gutman testified about
the huge demand for organ transplants and huge profits
from those facing the death penalty.
These included Falun Gong practitioners and even the
underground church members, Uighur and Tibet dissidents,
have become the sources of organ harvesting.
Gutman said that, starting in 2006, they held extensive
investigations into medical personnel and law enforcement officers,
as well as more than 50 prisoners in Chinese labor camps.
According to his investigation and research, China’s “organ
harvesting", appeared in Xinjiang in the late 1990s, in 2001 it extended to the whole of China.
Gutman said he was unable to provide the Chinese house
churches, and the deaths of Uighurs and Tibetans,
but he estimated that in the period 2000-2008, 65,000 Falun
Gong practitioners have died due to the removal of organs.
In Washington “against the strong Organ Harvesting Doctors
organization" spokesman Damon Noto pointed out that,
from 2000, the number of organ transplants soared in China.
The number of “Organ transplants" centres went from 150 in 1999 to
more than 600 in early 2007.
Most of China’s organ transplant patients can book dates in
advance from a huge number of organs available for transplant.
These cannot be only from death row inmate’s organs.
Damon said: the only way what they can do is that they
have a demand desirable living donor organ banks.
That is why, in some cases, organ transplant itself becomes a
way of executions.
Shenyang city, Ms. Zhao: “the most horrible thing is that
the government acts as if it is a personal behavior.
I can use the law to protect me, I can look for the government
to support me, I will seek protection to stop this behavior,
but it is the government action,
where you go hide, who is safe?"
Ms. Zhao from Shenyang City said Organ Harvesting is
beyond the borders, it is a sin for all mankind.
Every country and the governments should not be silent, should
condemn and stop it, everyone should stand up to take action.
The anchorperson of the hearing Congressman Dana
Rohrabacher said, “Organ Harvesting is ‘the act of the devil’.
Stealing organs from those imprisoned because of different
beliefs or political opinions, is a serious offense of ‘crimes
against humanity’, and we must do the utmost to bring everyone involved in this evil to justice.”
Congressman Rohrabacher also stressed that it is the shame of
the Western mainstream Medias not reporting this serious thing.
Original Shandong University professor Sun Wenguang
thought that the Chinese Communist Government should
take this problem seriously and immediately make an answer,
evading this is absolutely wrong.
Professor Sun Wenguang: “The Chinese government should
make an answer: yes or no.
If this thing is really what the Chinese Government conceals,
or some officials participated in it is criminal behavior.
Organ harvesting actually happens, the Chinese government
and the parties who involved should take responsibility."
On September 13th, the U.S. Senate, Democratic Senator
Barbara Boxer and Republican Senator John Corning jointly put forward a bill,
asking the Communist authorities to immediately
release human rights lawyer Gao Zhisheng.
Gao defended human rights activists and Falun Gong
practitioners and was persecuted by the authorities.
And in the case of Gao Zhisheng they voluntarily allowed him
to come to U.S to reunite with his wife and children.
Mainland society activists, human rights activist Hu Jia: “after
6.4 event, Falun Gong and family planning,
it was the two most serious human rights violations in China
related to the abuse of personal, reproductive rights violations and deprivation."
Hu Jia also pointed out that in the case of Falun Gong
is demonized,
Gao Zhisheng can dare to defend and issue open letter
for Falun Gong, it’s so brave performance.
Accomplices with Gao Zhisheng, Hu Jia said lawyer
Gao Zhisheng is innocent, the international community should continue to focus on his safety.
