【新唐人2012年3月1日訊】藏區甘孜州德格縣藏人2月22號，也就是藏曆新年初一，開始聚集舉行祈福法會。不過，21號在德格縣阿須鄉岔岔寺出現傳單，寫著「因為西藏沒有自由，藏人才選擇自焚，為了迎請達賴喇嘛尊者返回西藏以及為自焚藏人表達同情，藏曆新年初一我們會自焚」的傳單。中共當局派遣大批軍警和公安對岔岔寺進行了全面管控。24號，就是藏曆新年初三，藏人扎西炸毀了德格縣娃巴和日巴村聯合建立的中共黨員會議廳，扎西當場死亡。目前西藏的局勢似乎到了一觸即發。
24號爆炸事件發生後，中共當局在藏區德格縣其他地區興建的所謂黨員會議廳，也陸續遭到不同程度的毀壞。中共當局增派軍警嚴管德格縣各鄉村。
27號，在爆炸中死亡的扎西遺體火化，5名西藏僧人和6名扎西家屬，在中共軍警的重重包圍和嚴密監控下進行儀式，但禁止通電話、照相，並事先拿走了這些藏人隨身攜帶的手機，以防現場情況外露。
達賴喇嘛西藏宗教基金會董事長達瓦才仁認為，中國對藏區的壓制和文化滅絕政策，使藏人不滿和不安情緒無處發泄。
達賴喇嘛西藏宗教基金會董事長達瓦才仁：「 中共在西藏的各個寺院，村莊建立的黨員會，或在寺院中建立的黨支部，它們對當地的百姓所造成的一種困擾或者說是一種剝奪，我們可以看到西藏的所有抗議中，他都會燒燬建築或砸毀中共的一些器具，作為一種抗議的方式。他們由於受傳統的佛教和宗教的影響，他們很少去攻擊人或生命。」
達瓦才仁說，中共對藏區不但採取政治上的壓制，還在財物各方面進行掠奪。這些藏人抗議者不管是炸毀黨員會議室，還是自焚目地在警醒中共，喚起世界的關注。
達瓦才仁：「大家知道西藏人非常信仰宗教，都有很多的一些供養..寺院也有很多的這些財產，那麽這些黨支部或中共派來的那些人都變成司管會的主人，那些財產不僅把那些權力接收過去，他們甚至接收寺院的財產，然後就變成寺院中的財產被它們肆無忌憚的去利用，所以說他不僅僅是一種政治也是一種在財物各方面的掠奪。」
達賴喇嘛駐北美代表處西藏問題分析員貢嘎扎西說，最近一年來，中國西藏和四川藏區已發生23起藏人僧尼自焚事件，15人死亡。
貢嘎扎西：「 人類歷史上在這麽短的一個時間裏面，發生了23人自焚事件，幾乎是在其他社會主義國家沒有發生過這些情形，所以這一點表示甚麽呢，因為目前中國共產黨在西藏所實施的政策是失敗的，老百姓是無法接受的。」
德國「國際西藏運動組織」的信息說，近期有數百名前往印度朝聖的藏人返回西藏後被逮捕。
達瓦才仁：「這個所謂的愛國主義，就是強迫僧人去攻擊自己的信仰，攻擊自己的宗教領袖， 它只是一種精神上的壓迫方式，迫使你對自己神聖的東西褻瀆，你自己具備一定理論的或者一些理念或者一些道理，去可以改變他人，而中共我認為它們並沒有這樣的東西，它有的只有赤裸裸的那物質上收買，或者暴力的鎮壓，除此以外它並沒有精神上可讓西藏人信服的任何的東西。」
《西藏日報》報導，27號上午，西藏自治區主席白瑪赤林主持召開政府常務會議，要求全力做好3月維穩。
貢嘎扎西：「 現在西藏沒有自由，沒有宗教自由，沒有人身自由，沒有人權可言，那麼西藏人民為了自己宗教文化作一些事情或者為民族說一些話，他認為，反正西藏人動不動它（中共）認為是一個分裂的一個行動，或者分裂的一個舉措，在這種情況，在西藏各個寺院裡面，它目前管的非常嚴。」
達瓦才仁指出，中共所有這些毫無人性的壓迫，只會引發藏人大規模自焚或流血抗爭。

When Will The Tibetan Spring Come?
On February 22, was the New Year Day
in the Tibetan calendar.
Tibetan from Ganzi Prefecture, Dege County gathered
to have a blessing meeting.
However, on February 21, flyers were distributed, saying:
“Because there is no freedom in Tibet, the Tibetans chose the self-immolation.
To greet Dalai Lama’s return to Tibet and express sympathy
to the self-immolated Tibetans, we will self-immolate on the New Year’s Day."
The CCP (China’s Communist Party) sent a large number
of soldiers and police to control Chacha Temple.
On February 24, the Tibetan Zhaxi blew up the CCP’ halls,
established by the CCP authorities in Dege County.
Zhaxi died on the spot.
The current situation in Tibet seems rather tense.
On February 24th, bombings damaged the CCP’s conference
halls, built by the communist authorities of Dege County.
Thus the CCP deployed more military
and police to control each village in Dege County.
On February 27th, Zhaxi’s remains were cremated.
The ceremony was closely monitored by military and police.
The Tibetan monks and Zhaxi’s family members
were prohibited to use phones and cameras.
To prevent exposing the situation,
the Tibetans’phones were taken away too.
Dawa Cairen, chairman of the Dalai Lama of Tibet Religious
Foundation, spoke about the situation.
Dawa thinks the policy of Tibet’s repression and cultural
genocide causes discontent and anxiety in Tibetans, which they have nowhere to release.
Dawa Cairen: “The CCP established party branches
in various temples, villages.
These branches have caused troubles and deprivation
among the local people.
We can see that all the protests in Tibet are about
burning buildings or smashing CCP’s apparatus.
They rarely attack people,
due to the traditional Buddhist and religion."
Dawa Cairen said that the CCP not only suppresses Tibetan
areas by politics, but also robs property and other assets.
The reason these Tibetans did self-immolation and blew up
the party halls is to warn CCP and draw world’s attention."
Dawa Cairen: “We all know that Tibetans are very religious.
Many properties are from people’s support to the temple.
These CCP branches or the people from CCP become
the master of the Division Management Committee.
They not only take over the power and money,
but also abuse the money.
So this is not just about politics,
it is also a kind of properties’plunder."
Gongga Zhaxi, analyst of Dalai Lama North America’office,
analyzed the issue.
Gongga said, during past year’s 23 Tibetan monks and nuns’
self-immolation incidents, 15 people have died.
Gongga Zhaxi: “In such a short time of human’s history,
23 self-immolation incidents have happened.
This is not known to be the case
in other communist countries.
What does that mean? The current CCP’s policy in Tibet
is a failure and it is unacceptable for the local people."
Germany’s “International Campaign for Tibet Organization"
stated that recently several hundred pilgrimages went to India, but were arrested when returning to Tibet.
Dawa Cairen: “This so-called patriotism is forcing monks
to violate their own beliefs and religious leaders.
It is a kind of spiritual oppression to force you desecrate
your own sacred things.
You should have some spiritual background, theories, ideas
or principles if you are to change others.
I think the CCP only has its materialistic approach
of buying and suppressing or violence.
Other than these, it has nothing spiritual
to convince the Tibetans."
Tibet Daily reported, on the 27th, Baima Chilin, Chairman
of the Tibet Autonomous Region, hosted executive meeting.
On this Government meeting Baima required to mobilize
every effort to maintain stability in Tibet during March.
Gongga Zhaxi:"In Tibet there is no freedom, no religious
freedom, no personal freedom and no human rights at all.
When Tibetans do or say something for their religious
culture or nation, CCP will consider it a separatist’action.
The temples are under strict control now."
Dawa Cairen expects CCP’s inhumane oppression to only
lead to broader Tibetans’ self-immolation or bloody fights.
